Questions customers ask Mommy

How much does a sign cost?

It depends on size, material and lighting. From real quotes: a 40 × 150 cm plaswood sign starts at ฿3,900, a 40 × 150 cm zinc box sign at ฿4,900 and a 70 × 80 cm LED lightbox at ฿6,900. Prices exclude installation and delivery. Send your idea on LINE and Mommy will quote for free.

What should I send for a quote?

Send it on LINE (@mommysignage): a reference photo or the type of sign you want, the size, the text on the sign, a photo of where it will go and roughly how high, where your shop is, and your logo file if you have one. Missing something? Message anyway and Mommy will help.

Is the quote free? How long does it take?

Quotes are free, and most come back within 24 hours. If the job depends on the wall or the site, Mommy may call you first so the price matches the real job.

Does the price include installation?

No. Installation depends on the site, the mounting height and the wall. Lit signs also need enough wall depth and a path for the wiring. Send a photo of the site and Mommy will estimate it.

Where do you install? Can you ship to other provinces?

Mommy's team installs across Greater Bangkok, Samut Sakhon and Hua Hin, priced by site. Anywhere else in Thailand she ships only: the sign is packed in a wooden crate and sent with the carrier you use, and shipping depends on size and destination.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

The shop is in Maha Chai, Samut Sakhon, but Mommy isn't always there, so visits are by appointment only. Message on LINE to book a time, or meet Mommy in Bangkok.

I only have a photo, or a logo made with AI. Can you use it?

It works for showing the idea and measuring the size. To cut letters or a logo, the workshop needs a vector file with the text converted to outlines. If you don't have one, the shop can redraw it for a design fee.

How long does it take to make?

Usually 7–14 days after the artwork is final, depending on the type of work. Mommy confirms the date with the quote, so tell her your opening day or event date from the start.
